Our priority is the health and safety of our employees and meeting our commitments to our customers by maintaining business continuity.
The work we perform for the aviation industry is a key to maintaining critical transportation infrastructure. The U.S . Government has recognized and identified the need for these functions to continue to operate - and as such all of our facilities remain open while implementing safety measures to mitigate risk to staff and our customers.
We are committed to rapidly responding to the COVID-19 situation and remain in close contact with emergency management and public health organizations to stay informed and aligned with real-time recommendations.
During the coronavirus outbreak, our focus is on the safety and well - being of our employees, who are vitally important to support you and your business. Our second primary area of concern is the safety and continued service of our customers .
We are providing an update today on the preventative and precautionary actions taken to date as we focus on health, safety and business continuity, and being your trusted training provider of choice.
We have implemented a number of actions, including :
• Instituting guidelines to limit virus spread and keep our employees healthy.
• Providing ongoing and transparent communications for our employees regarding our continuity plans and any new preventive measures .
• Implementing operational enhancements to limit employee and customer exposure to the virus.
• Providing safety guidance and supplies appropriate for our employees and the nature of their work in line with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the WHO.
Pan Am International Flight Academy is compiling the risk assessment information to understand, track, and mitigate critical impact to our business plans. Both Pan Am's and our customers' business continuity is a key priority . We want to minimize service disruptions or impacts to your business. Our goal is to offer the level of quality, responsiveness and support that you expect from Pan Am International Flight Academy .

At Pan Am International Flight Academy, we are committed to the well-being of our customers and employees, that is why we are closely and continuously monitoring the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation during this challenging time.
We are following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations on prevention and spread of the virus and are in constant communications with the federal and local health authorities to implement what is needed for the good of our aviation training community.
Over the past several weeks, our focus has been on preparedness and education with all our staff and students. We continue to work with our business partners to comply with all scheduled training, while taking all the necessary precautions to safeguard that the health and well-being of all our team members, instructors and students remains unaffected, as this is a priority for Pan Am.
We encourage all students to contribute by following all the precautionary and preventive hygienic guidelines and take any necessary provisions to safeguard their well-being and that of fellow students and our community.
We continue to conduct business with our usual hours of operation and will be glad to work together with your company’s policies and procedures regarding the COVID-19 situation.
Currently, Miami, Orlando, and Las Vegas venues continue to host successful events and other gatherings daily, maintaining rigorous cleanliness and safety standards throughout public spaces, resorts, and meeting facilities and we at Pan Am International Flight Academy are doing the same.
