Rooted in aviation history
Pan Am Flight Academy offers type rating training, ATP-CTP, Multi crew cooperation in a variety of Boeing and Airbus full flight simulators. Pan Am Flight Academy’s story began in the early 1960s as an airline, Pan American World Airways or Pan Am. In 1980 Pan American Airways opened its own pilot training facility in Miami, Florida. When Pan Am Airways ceased operations, the pilot training portion remained operative. This is where Pan Am Flight Academy is still based today. Pan Am has more years of airline training experience than any other aviation training school in the world.
