I understand that if I am an Initial or Upgrade student, I must bring my logbooks to training for FAA or Training Center Evaluator review.

I understand that if the flight experience I have entered on this form is not substantiated by my logbooks, I will not be able to take a practical test at the conclusion of training.

By proceeding with enrollment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Payment:
A 30% tuition deposit is required to confirm your training schedule. Training materials, including CBT access and digital manuals, will not be provided until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the course start date. Full payment is required before commencement of training.

Cancellation & Refunds:
16 or more days prior: Refund of paid fees minus a $500 cancellation fee
1–15 days prior: Refund of paid fees minus the 30% tuition deposit
All refunds are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee or a $20 wire transfer fee.

Rescheduling:
Rescheduling is permitted subject to availability, within a 30-day window of the original training date. Requests made within 1–15 days of the start date are subject to a $350 rescheduling fee. Additional changes may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the full cancellation policy.

Pan Am Flight Academy shall not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer, including but not limited to travel, lodging, meals, or loss of income due to scheduling changes, delays, or training extensions.

Computer-Based Training (CBT):
CBT is required for applicable programs and must be completed prior to Day 1 of training. A validation test will be administered, requiring a minimum passing score of 80% (corrected to 100%). Failure to meet this requirement may result in additional training at the customer’s expense.

Documentation Requirement:
The customer must present original copies of all required documents, including but not limited to passport, pilot licenses, and supporting records, on the first day of training. Failure to provide valid original documentation may result in denial of training without refund.

Training may be delayed, modified, or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond Pan Am Flight Academy’s control, including but not limited to equipment availability, instructor availability, regulatory requirements, or unforeseen operational issues.

Pan Am Flight Academy reserves the right to deny access to its facilities to any individual exhibiting unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior, including being under the influence of drugs or alcohol. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pan Am Flight Academy, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in training.

By acknowledging these terms, the customer certifies that all information provided is accurate and agrees to be bound by all policies outlined above.
