If you have received this Pan Am I-20 SEVIS Application, you have been pre-approved to enroll in a course with Pan Am Flight Academy by your Sales Executive. 1. Please fill out the form entirely. 2. Upload a bank statement demonstrating that you or your sponsor have the financial resources required for education in the United States (funds shown should reflect flight course tuition). 3. An I-20 processing fee and a deposit of 30%, or more, of the estimated tuition cost is required prior to processing your I-20 SEVIS and acceptance letter. 4. Upon receipt of the above visa email to your Sales Executive, an I-20 form and an acceptance letter will be emailed to you. You will then be able to proceed to a U.S. Consulate or Embassy in your country to request an M1 student visa. 5.
