ATP-CTP Course – Module 1 of 2 (Ground School portion)
The Airline Transport Pilot Certification Training Program (ATP-CTP) is a training requirement for pilots wishing to qualify for the FAA Airline Transport Pilot Exam since 2014. Pan Am Flight Academy offers an ATP-CTP pilot training course that meets all FAA 14 CFR 61.156 requirements.
Pan Am’s ATP-CTP course can take as little as six (6) days in a combination of classroom and simulator time.
Module 1 of 2: This is the ground training portion of the six-day ATP-CTP Full Program. The four-day live ground school may be completed through our live virtual ground school option.
This flexible scheduling ATP-CTP Full Program provides a complete training solution. Module 2 consists of the required in person simulator training, which must be completed within 60 days of finishing the ground school.

- 30 hours of classroom instruction
- 4 hours of training in fixed based simulator (not included in Module 1. Only available in Module 2)
- 6 hours of training in full motion flight simulator (not included in Module 1. Only available in Module 2)
