Crew Resource Management (CRM) Training Courses (*)
This course presents guidelines for developing, implementing, reinforcing, and assessing CRM for flight crew members, dispatchers, flight attendants, and other personnel essential to flight safety. Fulfills requirements of:
Course Breakdown & Core Academic Subjects
- Course duration is approximately one day
- Classroom instruction includes 8 hours for initial, 4 hours for recurrent
Flight Crewmember Initial General Emergency
- Course duration is approximately two days
- Must be employed as a crew member by the Operator
- Classroom and hands-on instruction for 8 hours
- Emergency equipment training for 2 hours
- Emergency situations for 4 hours
- Emergency drills for 2 hours
(*) This course is not a Pan Am FAA-approved curricula and will not result in any training that is designed to satisfy any requirement of 14 CFR chapter 1.
