Pilot Training Programs
Pan Am Flight Academy offers one of the industry’s broadest portfolios of pilot training programs, supporting multiple aircraft manufacturers and fleet types. With FAA and ANAC approvals, Pan Am provides more than 100 training courses across a wide range of aircraft.
Training is available on a variety of Boeing, Airbus, and SAAB aircraft models, including the B737-200, 737Classic (-300 and -400), B737NG, B737MAX, B747-400, B757, B767, B777, as well as Airbus A320, A330 and Saab SF-340.
Pan Am’s full flight simulator fleet supports a comprehensive selection of courses, including Initial, Upgrade, and Recurrent Type Rating programs, Removal of Circling Restrictions, Crew Resource Management (CRM), ATP-CTP, and Emergency Training. These programs are designed to meet regulatory requirements while supporting airline, corporate, and individual pilot training needs.

All Pan Am Flight Academy Programs are approved by the Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil (ANAC).

This course presents guidelines for developing, implementing, reinforcing, and assessing CRM for flight crew members, dispatchers, flight attendants, and other personnel essential to flight safety.
